  • A  non-refundable lease payment will be due on signing by the Lessee in the amount of $4,500 to secure exclusive rights to prospect, explore, and mine the property for a 6-month period.
  • This lease payment will hold the property while granting the Lessee exclusive rights to prospect, explore and mine the property during the 6-month period; The Owner agrees that the property will not be leased or sold to any other party(ies) during this time.
  • Lessee will pay for any permits or costs that may be associated with their mining operation during their 6-month period.
  • Should the Lessee decide to purchase the property within two (2) days following the 6-month lease period, any money that has been paid to lease the property, will be applied (credited) toward the purchase price.
  • Keep all the gold you find.
